Bad News, Good News ...

In 2017 Esri Software deprecated support for its IBM Cognos connector and no longer supports integration with any BI vendor.

With the release of IBM Cognos Analytics 11, IBM announced that going forward they will no longer support Esri's connector to Cognos and have recommended customers consider Map Intelligence as a fully "supported, affordable and performant" long term solution.
